Logins & your email
- Your purchase email is your account. We email you a login link — no password exists. If you paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, your account may be under a different email than the one you normally use; check your Stripe receipt.
- Not sure which email? Search your inboxes for "Slates" — the receipt and welcome email name it. Once logged in, your account page shows it front and center.
- Want to change it? Log in at slates.video/login and use "Change email" on your account page — we verify the new address and move everything over, license and credits included.
